What the Forum collects, why it collects it, and what it deliberately does not do.
Registration stores your email address, display name, password hash, role, account status, and account timestamps. Nothing else is requested and no profile is built from third party sources.
Email addresses are never displayed publicly and are not shared, sold, or used for marketing. They exist so you can log in, reset a password, and be contacted about moderation.
We store submitted topics, replies, reports, decisions, and moderation records. Pending and rejected content stays private to its author and the administrator.
Approved content is public by design, together with your display name and the date it was published.
The application uses a session cookie and rate limit identifiers derived from connection data through a keyed hash, so a raw address is not stored in the rate limit table.
Server and security logs may record requests to operate and protect the service. They are not used to profile visitors.
The Forum uses an essential login session cookie and nothing else. There are no advertising cookies, no third party analytics, and no behavioral tracking.
No consent banner is shown because there is nothing to consent to. Visitors who never log in are not tracked across pages.
Records are retained while needed for operation, safety, legal obligations, and the integrity of the public archive.
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Approved posts that carry replies may be retained in anonymized form so the discussion remains coherent for the people who contributed to it.
Approved posts can be indexed by search engines, quoted, archived, and shared by anyone.
Do not submit information you cannot safely make public. Removal after publication cannot undo a copy that already exists elsewhere.
Send a request from the address on your account and it will be handled directly.
