Swiss Knife SEO Forum

Accessibility

Built for keyboard, screen reader, and zoom access, and tested that way.

Our approach

The Forum uses semantic headings in order, landmark regions, labeled form controls, visible focus states, and a skip link to the main content. Layouts reflow to a single column without horizontal scrolling, and text scales without clipping.

Text contrast is measured rather than estimated. Body copy and small labels are held at 4.5:1 or better against their own background, and large display text at 3:1 or better.

Motion and interaction

Motion is limited to short transitions on hover and focus. A visitor whose system requests reduced motion gets those transitions removed and smooth scrolling turned off.

Every control that can be clicked can be reached and operated from the keyboard, including the navigation menu and the password visibility toggle.

Known limitations

Community content varies. The administrator reviews formatting and safety, but cannot guarantee that every contribution describes a chart or a screenshot in words.

Posts are plain text by design, which keeps structure predictable for screen readers and removes the risk of a poster shipping inaccessible markup.
